We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in the Akron Area. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable, expanding company that offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a clean, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $34–$38/hour (based on experience)
• Gas Reimbursement
• 1st and 2nd Shift Openings

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills and Lathes to produce precision parts
• Perform machine setup , tooling changes, and offsets
• Edit and adjust CNC programs as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Conduct part inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the production floor

✅ Qualifications

• Machining certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with CNC setup and operation required
• Programming experience is a plus
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities
• High School Diploma or GED
