Intake RN- Certified Home Healthcare Agency
Located in Brooklyn, NY
Salary : $100K/year
(salary based on experience)
Qualifications of an Intake RN :
- Must have current New York State RN license
- Must have at least two years of experience in a CHHA intake department
- Must have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
- HCHB experience required
- Must have experience with Allscripts
- Must have excellent clinical, writing and communication skills
Responsibilities of an Intake RN :
- The Intake Manager is responsible to supervise, instruct and guide intake coordinators and auxiliary personnel in referral intake and follow-through.
- Designs and implements efficient work processes to ensure sound communication between departments, referral sources and physicians.
