Store Associate

Join our team as a Retail Store Associate, contributing to the efficient operation of our store and helping feed local communities. Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, enhancing their shopping experience. Stocking & Maintenance: Restock shelves, coolers, and cases; ensure cleanliness and sanitation of store areas. Product & Equipment Care: Rotate products, resolve price discrepancies, and maintain equipment properly. Food Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures per regulations. Team Collaboration: Support other departments and participate in store promotions as needed. Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by management to ensure store operations run smoothly. Qualifications & Skills Basic retail knowledge and ability to differentiate products. Strong customer service skills, courteous and friendly demeanor. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, reach, and operate various equipment. Ability to read, learn product locations, and operate kitchen and store machinery. Preferred 0-2 years of retail experience.
