Parts Counter Specialist

Exeter, NH | $18–$28/hr | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

If you know your way around heavy truck or diesel parts and enjoy keeping a busy shop running, this is a great opportunity to join a growing commercial truck repair operation in Exeter, NH.

We're looking for a dependable Parts Counter Specialist who can keep technicians supplied with the right parts, maintain an organized inventory, and help the shop stay productive. If you're organized, work well under pressure, and take pride in getting things done right the first time, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Supply parts to technicians quickly and accurately
• Maintain inventory and keep stock organized
• Order parts and source hard-to-find items from vendors
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Process invoices and maintain inventory records
• Monitor pricing and coordinate larger purchases
• Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and vendors to keep repairs moving

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an diesel, heavy truck, or equipment parts department preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using inventory software and computers
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and data entry skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus

• Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–3:30 PM )
