We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Bates City area. This position involves operating automated production machinery used in the processing and fabrication of metal materials. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced industrial environment and willing to support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Operate automated manufacturing and production equipment
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
• Load and handle materials throughout the production process
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leadership of mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift, bend, and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime when needed
