Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Connecticut nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; at least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Chemotherapy administration certification; any additional higher-level certifications recognized within the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)
• Float: Float to medical-surgical units may be required as needed
• Additional Information: This position is for a nurse with a strong background in oncology and medical-surgical patient care, capable of handling complex clinical situations and adhering to strict safety protocols. The role may involve scheduled weekend shifts per the department schedule and requires compliance with hospital protocols and standards.
