Como Director de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria, desempeñará un papel crucial en el mantenimiento de los estándares de alimentos deliciosos y de alta calidad por los que Chick-fil-A es conocido.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Desarrollar e implementar programas de inocuidad alimentaria y aseguramiento de la calidad
- Realizar auditorías periódicas para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa
- Capacitar y educar a los miembros del equipo sobre los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria
- Colabore con equipos multifuncionales para impulsar la mejora continua

- Altamente capacitado en prácticas de seguridad alimentaria
- Orientado a los detalles y organizado
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación
