Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, recommending diagnostic testing, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, in collaboration with physicians or independently, depending on privileges
• Informing patients and families on health promotion, preventive strategies, and effective disease management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your scope
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic illness management
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless, comprehensive care
• Meticulously documenting clinical information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nebraska
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or its specialized counterpart
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to achieve this within 90 days)
