What You’ll Bring A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services. Strong strategic mindset with excellent commercial acumen. Proven ability to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and marketing campaigns. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous with multiple projects and deadlines. Skilled at influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience managing budgets and reporting on activity and market trends. A positive attitude, motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. Nice To Have Skills Experience with event planning, sponsorships, or conference management. Familiarity with directory submissions, awards processes, and thought leadership initiatives. Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) tools. Prior experience working within global or multi-jurisdictional teams. Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or related fields. Proven track record in strategic business development within professional services firms or similar environments. Other Requirements Willingness to collaborate across global offices and sectors.
