Investment Banking Analyst @ Highly Repuatable Firm

Coda Search is partnering with a fast-growing, highly reputable firm that is seeking to hire an Analyst with offices located in NYC. This is a high-performing team where the Analyst will work on complex, high-impact transactions alongside senior bankers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a solid foundation in financial modeling, and a passion for executing strategic advisory assignments. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses) Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research and analysis Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms Collaborate with senior team members and clients throughout the deal lifecycle Assist in valuation analysis and financial structuring of transactions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines High attention to detail and strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
