Operators-2nd Shift

Staffworks Group is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Laborers to support production operations. This role involves hands-on manufacturing tasks, machine operation, quality checks, and general labor duties to support daily production goals. No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided.

Shift: 2nd Shift $18.00 per hour

Location: CMWA Facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and inspect automotive wheel components
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company work instructions
• Assist with material handling, basic assembly, and production line tasks
• Report any equipment issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain consistent attendance and meet daily production requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• Multiple shifts available
