Essential Skills and Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Valid California Medical License Current AHA ACLS certification Proven experience in high-acuity settings with the ability to perform procedures and manage vents during night shifts Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently Comfortable working at both Irvine and Los Alamitos campuses, credentialed and able to coordinate schedules seamlessly Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR system Prior experience in a closed ICU environment Ability to handle code blue situations and respond effectively in emergency scenarios Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of hospitalist or internal medicine experience Demonstrated proficiency in managing high-acuity patients in a hospital setting Other Requirements: Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 – 07:00) Ability to credential at Irvine and Los Alamitos campuses within 30 days Willingness to travel between locations, with mileage and hotel reimbursements provided Must meet all state and federal medical licensing requirements This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care.
