ATSNUC, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Manitowoc, WI.In this role, you'll serve as the organizational hub of our nuclear gauge service and calibration operation. You'll coordinate equipment moving through the facility, maintain accurate documentation, communicate with customers, support quality processes, and help ensure equipment is serviced and returned on time.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, project coordination, administration, quality systems, or related fields who enjoy managing multiple priorities and driving processes forward.What You'll DoAs a Service Operations Coordinator, you will:Coordinate equipment throughout the service and calibration process from arrival through completion.Log incoming equipment into tracking systems and maintain accurate status information.Monitor workflow and identify jobs requiring follow-up, customer approval, additional testing, or parts.Coordinate activities between service, calibration, shipping, and outside testing providers.Review records, documentation, service reports, and shipping paperwork for completeness and accuracy.Maintain equipment traceability and support compliance with quality and documentation requirements.Communicate with customers regarding equipment status, scheduling, approvals, and service updates.Coordinate customer pickups, drop-offs, outbound shipments, rentals, and equipment transfers.Support inventory management, purchasing activities, vendor communications, and supply replenishment.Perform routine calibration of radiation survey meters after completing company-provided training.Assist with invoicing, quotes, purchase orders, scheduling, and other operational documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.What Makes You SuccessfulWe're looking for candidates who:Have exceptional attention to detail and naturally notice discrepancies or missing information.Enjoy organizing complex workflows and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.Are proactive and identify issues before they become problems.Think critically and can determine next steps when challenges arise.Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and teammates.Are comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.Take pride in maintaining accurate records and documentation.Adapt well in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.Understand the importance of quality, accuracy, and customer service.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.Experience maintaining detailed records, documentation, or tracking systems.PreferredExperience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, project coordination, office administration, quality, or a related role.Experience with inventory management, purchasing, scheduling, shipping, or vendor coordination.Experience working within a documented quality system or regulated environment.Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements or quality documentation processes.Experience supporting technical service operations or equipment-based businesses.Knowledge of calibration, metrology, radiation safety, or technical equipment environments.Experience using business management, inventory, service tracking, or ERP software.Why Join ATSNUC?At ATSNUC, you'll play a critical role in helping our operation run efficiently and accurately.
