Job Description Define new product QA requirements to ensure product quality and performance Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production. Supervise pilot runs. Use DOE, DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into production Manages product maintenance process independently Attend technical presentations from raw material suppliers Obtain and interpret customer product specification and test methods Gain material approval from customers specifications testing Write technical reports independently Lead IATF 16949 Audit for the R&D team Understand equipment manuals and is able to use equipment to its capabilities Qualifications College degree in general sciences Minimum of 2 years experiences in thermoplastics, thermosets in automotive OEM market. Good oral communication and technical writing skill.
