About the Role

The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the next phase of growth for a global SaaS business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategy, operations, product direction, and profitability. This role also involves leading M&A initiatives and building a high-performing leadership team. Key requirements for the position include a minimum of 20 years' experience in a senior executive role with full P&L ownership, a proven track record of scaling a global SaaS or enterprise software company, and recent hands-on experience in M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly within the marketing technology sector, and experience in serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers. The CEO will be expected to demonstrate strong financial leadership, with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as a history of successfully building and leading executive teams across various functions. Experience in partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value is also essential. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage the company's growth, lead M&A activities, and ensure the business remains competitive in the global market. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. The position is pivotal in the organization, and the chosen CEO will play a key role in shaping the future of the business.
