POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing - Women's Services to provide leadership and operational oversight within a hospital setting in Framingham, Massachusetts. This leadership role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, clinical excellence, staff development, and effective resource management across assigned service areas.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice across multiple units.
• Assume 24/7 responsibility for assigned departments and service areas.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care.
• Ensure clinical staff competency and professional development.
• Oversee resource management related to patient care services.
• Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
• Utilize strong leadership, communication, and hospital operational management skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support organizational goals.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
