Role Overview Restaurant Crewmembers at Raising Cane’s wear many hats while working hard and having fun as a critical part of the team. Positions are immediate, covering all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. Experience in customer service, retail, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive‑through cashier, or other service-oriented roles is welcomed. This entry‑level role requires no previous restaurant experience; paid training is provided. Within the first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop. Ascend or descend stairs. Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline). Excellent verbal and written communication. Show up for scheduled shifts on time. Clean tables, floors, and other restaurant areas. Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently. Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food. Multitask effectively. Additional Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older. Provide all customers with quick and friendly service. Work as part of a team, assisting other crew members in completing tasks and assignments. Work under pressure and at a fast pace.
