About us

Reliant Specialty Infusion is an Ambulatory Infusion Clinic founded in Monroe, LA. We have 15 infusion clinics located in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physicians. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of those entrusted to our care in the infusion clinic.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Assist in performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results.
Educate patients and their families on administered medications
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems.
Adhere to all regulatory standards, including infection control protocols and patient confidentiality guidelines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Required:

Active, unrestricted Texas RN license.
Current BLS and certifications.
Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience, including infusion therapy.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
