- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules: 4–5 days per week, Monday–Friday
- No routine evenings or weekends
- Shared telephone call approximately one week every six months, with nurse triage support
- For full-time schedules: 34 patient-care hours and 6 administrative hours per week
