Registered Nurse
Full-Time | $40-$45/hr | Great Benefits Package
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Location: Gainesville, GA 30501

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, obtain nursing histories, monitor vital signs, and identify changes requiring intervention.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Provide safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
• When assigned to a surgical setting, prepare the OR and assist surgeons with instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and implement appropriate infection-control practices.
• Operate C-Arm/fluoroscopy equipment under the guidance of the surgeon when required.
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, practices, and applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

• At least 1 year of OR and/or PACU nursing experience.
• CPAN certification.
• Experience with surgical procedures, scrub processes, and post-anesthesia care.
• C-Arm/fluoroscopy experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
