Compensation The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. They also assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
