The Dishwasher Utility plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this position supports kitchen staff by ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain utility areas and perform kitchen cleanup tasks
• Dispose of waste according to safety and hygiene standards
• Sanitize surfaces to uphold health regulations
• Replenish stock and supplies as needed
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations
