Remote Multifamily Finance & Collections Manager
Berkshire Corporation
Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Business Manager to oversee resident financials and auditing in multifamily properties. The remote role will optimize on-site accounting, delinquency management, and collections across multiple communities with 1,500–2,500 units, partnering with onsite teams to keep accounts accurate and up-to-date. You will drive efforts to recover delinquent amounts, reduce delinquency, manage evictions per state laws, and coordinate with attorneys as needed, #J-18808-Ljbffr
