Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store sales goals and company initiatives. This customer-focused role builds customer connections and supports Ralph Lauren brand standards. Responsibilities Drive sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions and pursuing daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Represent the brand and deliver consistent customer experiences while maintaining sales floor and store standards. Use digital and alternative shopping tools to support product discovery and purchasing. Build customer relationships, collaborate with the team, and share feedback and category opportunities with management. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers. Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required. Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potential overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
