Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with clients to identify their emotional, psychological, and social needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and life circumstances.
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms efficiently to deliver services, ensuring clients can engage in therapy conveniently from their homes.
  • Document client progress through timely completion of progress notes, maintaining accurate and thorough medical records.
  • Engage in professional conduct and uphold high standards of ethics while promoting a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and the service provider agreement, contributing to the smooth operation of our clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve serving a diverse range of patients, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to use culturally sensitive approaches, ensuring that the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients are respected and integrated into their treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • A valid LMFT license to practice in Washington State is essential.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and patient management.
  • Familiarity with the development of treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostics is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with teletherapy and the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
