Responsibilities Design and execute cross-MCS operational programs Operate and continuously improve the MCS leadership operating cadence Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and clear narratives Proactively identify and mitigate risks Drive operational hygiene and change execution Support cross-org learning and engagement programs Requirements 4–6 years of experience in technical program management or program management in a technology-centric environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience Proven ability to translate ambiguous ideas into concrete mechanisms Data fluency: able to self-serve from dashboards and BI tools Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders #J-18808-Ljbffr
