Job Summary:

All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator to join our team of professionals in White Plains, New York. As a PT Evaluator, you will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive evaluations for children with developmental delays. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality services to help children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for children, gathering information and data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify potential physical therapy needs

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress

• Participate in staff development and training activities to stay current with best practices and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and family-centered care

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator : A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• New York State Licensure : Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York

• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent Clinical Skills : Strong clinical skills in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning

Compensation:  

• $125-$200 per evaluation
