Responsibilities Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects arecompleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team Some occasional travel may be required Experience 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of building codes and regulations Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong leadership and project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure Team-based Mindset Salary and Benefits Full time $65,000 - $75,000 Depending on Experience 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Quarterly Bonus Program Cell, Tablet, Computer Vehicle maintenance plan Vehicle Allowance Gas Card #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Exteriors
