CDK DMS experience preferred.

*Sales consultants with Easterns Automotive Group experience who submit internal applications will be given preference based on tenure and in-depth understanding of our operations.

Your Role and Attributes:

As our Sales and F&I Manager, you'll seamlessly integrate the following attributes:

Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with our inventory and the subtleties of each vehicle, lender programs, and financial products.
Sales Acumen & Customer-Centric Mindset: Merging interpersonal prowess with product knowledge to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting loyalty.
Ethical Practices & Regulatory Compliance: Upholding unwavering transparency and honesty, and being well-versed with regulatory standards.
Analytical & Financial Prudence: Skillfully analyzing sales trends, forecasting, and efficiently managing the store's finances.
Negotiation & Risk Management: Crafting win-win solutions while evaluating associated financial risks.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Leading our sales team with clarity and purpose, setting ambitious targets, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Organizational Skills: Effectively juggling a multitude of tasks from intricate paperwork to strategic sales tracking.
Effective Communication & Continuous Learning: Articulating information transparently and staying ahead of industry trends.

Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus, aligning with our commitment to serve a diverse clientele .
