*Accountabilities*

* Responsible for all day-to-day Plumbing related items on the project.
* Ensure all employees and subcontractors are working safely.
* Responsible to order materials to complete the project.
* Responsible for layout.
* Responsible to proactively manage the project by pushing the project where any available work is available to us.
* Communicate issues with Project Team
* Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others
* Analyze and resolve work problems
* All other duties as assigned

*Qualifications*

3 to 10 years’ experience in Plumbing Multifamily Construction

Driver’s license and method of transportation is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
