This role serves as the official spokesperson, facilitator, and coordinator for the media, congressional staff, veterans service organizations, and governmental officials. The incumbent designs campaigns, communication strategies, and informational programs to effectively present the Medical Center's mission, services, and activities to staff, volunteers, media, veterans, and the general public.
