Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

SSM Health Express Care in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) urgent care nurse practitioner. The department is open Monday through Friday, 730 am - 730 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 4 pm.

Minimum Requirements:

• Unrestricted Wisconsin RN and Nurse Practitioner license.
• Prior experience required practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine.
• The candidate for this position should be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults with minor to complex medical problems, as well as be experienced in suturing, laceration repair and acute fracture care (splinting).

Opportunity Details:

• Full-time position with 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts (6-week templated scheduling)
• Weekend and holiday shift rotation

• No call rotation
