Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

Arizona Tuition Connection, based in Scottsdale, is seeking a full-time Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to safeguard and evolve the brand across print and digital channels. This role blends creative design with marketing operations, spanning visual identity, templates, social media, email campaigns, and website content to maintain a cohesive, customer-friendly brand presence. Responsibilities Create high-quality visual assets for print, digital, and social media Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, ads, presentations, and digital graphics Develop and manage brand color palettes, typography, and visual standards Produce templates and reusable design systems for internal use Prepare files for print vendors and manage production timelines Manage and update website content (pages, images, announcements, events, SEO basics) Create and schedule social media content across platforms Build email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer support Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners in a professional, friendly manner Draft clear, polished written communication for marketing and customer-facing materials Support event coordination, scheduling, and general administrative tasks Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables Maintain organized digital file systems and asset libraries Support internal teams with design needs, presentations, and branded materials Assist with light office tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly Requirements 2–4+ years experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative services Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and brand understanding Excellent eye for color, layout, and visual hierarchy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deadlines Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the brand professionally Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Technologies Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook WordPress SimpleTexting MailChimp Salesforce Zoho Benefits competitive pay casual work environment paid holidays paid vacation days healthcare, vision, and dental benefits Matching 401K plan Profit sharing 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ideal candidate traits Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Balances artistic vision with practical execution Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Enjoys both design work and people-facing tasks Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed Passionate about branding, aesthetics, and creating cohesive experiences Pay Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Work location Location: Scottsdale, AZ (onsite) Application questions Do you live within 20 minutes of Shea and the 101?
