RN/LPN Supervisor Opportunity at Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Join our team at Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN/LPN Supervisor! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shifts for full-time are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For part-time, weekends only from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We offer a $4000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires! The hourly range is $38.00 $50.00/hr. based on experience and incentives, all inclusive. For full-time only, you can waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour. Shift differentials are $1.00 for 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM. Daily pay is available and more!

Responsibilities for RN/LPN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN/LPN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN or LPN license in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
