Title: Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule: Day Shift

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state
- PAMS certification
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and procedures.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
