Behavioral Technician (BT)

What You’ll Be Part Of As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection. Your work may include: Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA) Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care You Belong Here If You You are a Behavior Technician or open to becoming one (we'll train you!)
