In this Manager II role, you will lead an innovative, multidisciplinary team responsible for shaping consumer communications, digital and social media engagement, marketing research, and enterprise-wide analytics. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee’s designated headquarters office subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies. Strong project and program management leadership. Proven experience moving complex, multi-step initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation, evaluation, and closeout. This includes establishing ownership, timelines, milestones, dependencies, decision points, approval paths, risks, resource needs, and escalation procedures; resolving barriers; and maintaining accountability for results. Consumer-centered content and communications expertise. Demonstrated ability to create, edit, direct, or oversee clear and compelling content across multiple channels, such as email, SMS, websites, digital platforms, print, and other owned or earned channels. Experience developing communications that are accessible, culturally and linguistically appropriate, audience-centered, and aligned with brand, policy, and compliance requirements is highly desirable. Cross-divisional collaboration and influence. Experience leading initiatives that require alignment among multiple internal divisions, subject-matter experts, executives, vendors, contractors, community partners, or other external stakeholders. Ability to build trust, clarify roles, facilitate decisions, manage competing priorities, and move work forward in a complex organization without relying solely on formal authority.
