Manager, Regional Sales, Vision Care Georgia / North Florida

Location: US-GA-Atlanta, US US-GA-Macon, US US-GA - Macon, US Job Title: Regional Business Director (RBD) We are seeking a high performing Regional Business Director to lead a team of 9-10 Vision Territory Managers (VTMs) selling to independent and retail affiliated Eye Care Practitioners (ECP) in the Georgia / North Florida markets, focusing on revenue growth through sales execution, personnel development, and customer partnerships. Responsibilities Meet/exceed the region sales quota and key metrics established by sales leadership. Coach and manage VTMs to effectively conduct sales calls with ECPs, using marketing materials, programs, and selling techniques to increase share of Bausch + Lomb contact lens prescriptions and lens care recommendations. Develop region business plans that create sustainable growth trajectories with consideration of investment and financial impact. Manage ongoing VTM sales performance, accelerating top achievers and addressing territories below expectations. Develop and leverage key stakeholder relationships with customers, distributors, and regional trade opinion leaders. Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of all Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products as well as competitive products. Utilize Salesforce.com to document VTM co-travels and create individual coaching continuums and development plans. Attend national and regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed. Manage variable resource budgets at region level. Ensure all administrative reports for self and team are submitted on a timely basis (call logging, expense reports, etc.). Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures and AdvaMed Guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred. 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience plus 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience (eye health industry preferred), with documented track record of success. Outstanding leadership characteristics and ability to inspire a team. Strategic thinking and efficient decision‑making capabilities. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Proven success in personnel evaluation, hiring and continuous development. Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills across various settings and channels. High aptitude for financial analysis and assimilation of complex information. Able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office suite and standard digital technology tools. Overnight travel up to 60%. Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds, traveling by airplane and car, standing for prolonged periods, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay between $145,000.00 and $165,000.00 (range may vary based on factors). U.S.-based employees may be eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives.
