Food & Beverage Supervisor

Do you enjoy teaching and mentoring others? Join our great culinary leadership team. This is a full time, year round, position. The F&B Supervisor will work a combination of night and day shifts. Responsibilities include overseeing and helping to set up specific cooking stations, preparing food for the restaurant with ticket system, maintaining a clean work environment, controlling the flow of food to the expeditor and assisting the line cooks to produce orders. The F&B Supervisor will ensure all company procedures, recipes, specs of operating and closing guidelines are followed. Responsible to work closely with the front of house manager to ensure quality communication between front of house and back of house is maintained.

Must maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast paced environment. Previous restaurant line cooking, leadership, and knife skills required. Ability to follow cleaning charts, prep lists, specs and sanitation procedures are a must. Hourly base wage range is $20- $24 based on experience.
