COTA - Travel Contract

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Mount Olive, NC. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for daily living. Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADL retraining, cognitive-perceptual interventions, and durable medical equipment assessments. Familiarity with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Meal break: 30 minutes.
