Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing in managing all aspects of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and employee performance Oversee nursing staff and ensure that they are delivering high-quality care to our residents Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans for residents Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care programs Assist with nursing assessments and provide support and guidance to nursing staff Maintain accurate and complete medical records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Requirements Active nursing license in the state of employment Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or assisted living Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Corporate Chaplain through Corporate Chaplains of America #J-18808-Ljbffr
