Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to receive inventory, process shipments, resolve order issues, and support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused distribution operation. Use warehouse systems and standard operating procedures to manage inventory, complete shipping documentation, maintain 5S standards, and help deliver products that support scientific research and healthcare worldwide.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required. (EMEA) High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.ExperienceRequired: No previous work experience requiredPreferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process customer orders, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping systems (SAP or WMS experience preferred), with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Work is performed in a warehouse/distribution environment with frequent movement throughout the shift.Ability to operate material handling equipment, use RF scanners and warehouse systems, and safely handle products while following all safety and quality procedures. Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules based on business needs may be required.Work in a fast-paced distribution environment that requires attention to detail, adherence to GMP and safety standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
