The Estimator will review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate material and labor estimates for EIFS, Fiber Cement, Stucco and other exterior finishes. Responsibilities include performing quantity takeoffs, requesting and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotes, and preparing bid proposals within required timelines. The role involves collaborating with project managers and field supervisors to clarify scope, address changes, and help maintain project budgets. The Estimator will also update and maintain estimating records, assist with cost tracking, and communicate professionally with clients and partners throughout the bid process.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to perform detailed takeoffs and cost calculations.Candidates should possess proficiency with Bluebeam and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email)Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients.Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bids and deadlines.Prior experience in construction estimating, stucco/exterior finishes, or a related trade is preferred, but motivated candidates with related project or field experience will be considered.Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus. xhyhwjd Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, visit job locations as needed, and adhere to safety standards and company policies.
