Litigation Paralegal
Winston Staffing
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal . Experienced professional with at least 5-7 years of law firm litigation. MUST have EDiscovery experience.
2nd in command to paralegal manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include:
- client contact, drafting of correspondence
- discovery demands, subpoenas and motions, case management of files, organization/indexing of client documents
- New Jersey State and Federal electronic filing and other tasks as required.
- Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing the production of documents and electronically stored information (“ESI”) in connection with litigation is required, as is the familiarity with electronic software packages such as Relativity and/or Everlaw.
