Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position is critical for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neurocritical patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, utilizing advanced medical technologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (Nights)
- Availability to work three weekend shifts.
- Current RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with options for provider or instructor level.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
- Minimum of one year of ICU nursing experience.
