Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Provide high-quality intensive care for critically ill patients
• Utilize specialized equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, and Impella
• Float to various units as needed, including ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg
• Possibly float to Behavioral Health if required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Active NH or Compact RN license
• 2-3 years of ICU experience; CVICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• TNCC, PALS, CCRN preferred but not required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
