We're more than just attorneys; we're relentless advocates who aren't afraid to fight for justice. Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Class Action Associate Attorney to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft on a class-wide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more. You will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, taking and defending depositions and advocating for our clients both in and out of the courtroom. This is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure in state and federal plaintiff’s-side class action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. You will truly be fighting for “the little guy”. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. 1 to 5 years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on wage and hour class action / PAGA cases. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
