Permanent Epic Training Manager (Onsite – Salinas, CA)

Overview:

The Epic Training Manager will lead the enterprise Epic training strategy and oversee training delivery across the organization. This role partners with Epic application teams, operational leaders, and end users to ensure successful adoption, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic workflows.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee Epic training strategy across clinical and operational departments
Develop and maintain Epic training curriculum, materials, and workflows
Manage Principal Trainers, Credential Trainers, and training initiatives
Coordinate training activities for Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts
Partner with Epic analysts and business stakeholders on workflow alignment
Support change management and adoption initiatives
Ensure end users are prepared for Epic functionality and system changes
Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities

Ideal Background:

Epic Certified / Accredited
Epic Principal Trainer or Training Manager experience
Experience leading enterprise Epic training programs
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Leadership experience managing Epic teams
