Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Employing radiographic and CT technologies to produce precise diagnostic images for clinical evaluation
- Working collaboratively with radiologists and healthcare teams to facilitate accurate assessments
- Positioning patients accurately and calibrating machinery for the best imaging results
- Upholding radiation safety protocols for the wellbeing of patients and staff
- Maintaining meticulous records, including documentation for imaging processes and equipment upkeep
- Delivering compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experiences
- Contributing to an efficient, safe, and organized imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Valid BLS certification or willingness to achieve within 90 days post-hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols alongside safety regulations
- Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
- Capacity to adapt swiftly within a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Detail-oriented approach and sense of responsibility in all tasks
- Comfort with valuable technologies such as PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
