Registered Nurse / RN II - Resource Pool - Full Time, NightsRegistered Nurse (RN II) – Resource Pool Resource Pool- RN- Full Time / Nights Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health HEB: 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford, TX 76022 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Nights Shift; 7P-7A x3 shifts/week with rotating weekends, holidays, no on call Department Highlights: Resource Pool Specialty Nurse Floating between Observation, PCU/CSU, and Med Surg unitsQualificationsHere's What You Need Education Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or Associate's Degree Nursing required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Experience 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (if required for float dept) 90 days required And CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required And NIHSS- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 60 days required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
